Screen Print

This is a cost-effective solution for larger T-Shirt printing quantities. Not ideal for printing single units.

Bulk T-shirt printing

Our t shirt printing pricing below is based on screen printing process. With screen printing, a special screen has to be made for each element of your design. Once that’s done, the colours and elements of the design are applied layer by layer onto the garment. The more layers your design has, the longer it’ll take to print it and the thicker the design will feel on the product. The long setup time is why screen printing is primarily used to print items in bulk. It’s not cost-effective to print only a t-shirt or two if it’s taken hours to create the stencils for your design.

Screen printing is an affordable way to print hundreds of shirts. This t shirt printing process is designed to quickly produce hundreds (if not thousands) of prints very quickly & is cost-effective when printing t-shirts in bulk.

Screen Print

Screen Printing is the process whereby a logo is exposed onto a mesh screen, with the blank areas coated with an impermeable substance. Ink is then placed onto the screen and a squeegee pushes the ink through the screen in the areas where the logo has been imposed. Colours are printed one at a time so accurate registration is essential.

Cost-effective solution for larger quantities
Provides excellent coverage and is especially good for large and bold logos

Embroidery

DTG - Direct To Garment

You might ask yourself. What is DTG? Direct to garment is when a digital image is taken and directly printed onto a garment. It works similar to a normal paper printer just a little more technical. This t-shirt printing process makes it possible to print single garments without expensive screen & positive setup fees. You can print 1 colour to multi colour detailed designs. The price is based on the size of your print and not by the number of colours you need printed like screen printing. DTG makes an excellent print option for your garments. All our services we offer is based on us supplying the product & printing.
